Pixel Lab Korea rolled out its latest innovative RippleNote T7700 Laptop in a distinct style. The name makes one think that there must be ripples on the Laptop. But the design reminds me of chocolate. Apple has announced its iPhone, it is 11.6 mm thin with a 480 x 320 touch screen display with multi touch support and a proximity sensor to turn off the screen. iPhone features a 2-megapixel camera, 4GB or 8GB storage, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR and A2DP, WiFi that automatically engages when in range, and quad-band GSM radio with EDGE. It runs on OS X with support for Widgets, Google Maps, and Safari, and iTunes of course. Partnership with Yahoo, this allows all iPhone users to hook up with the IMAP email. Battery life, 5 hours for calls or video and 16 hours in music mode, standby mode has not been announced. The 4GB will be priced $499 while the 8GB priced $599 on two-year contract with Cingular in US. iPhone will be shipped Stateside in June, Europe in fourth quarter and Asia in 2008.

Featuring a bidirectional swivel hinge, the 12.1-inch, 3.5-pound Fujitsu LifeBook T2010 makes great use of its 1280 x 800-pixel backlit display that's optimized for both indoor and outdoor use. Internal components include your choice of Intel Core 2 Duo processors, 1GB of RAM (upgradable to 4GB), a shock-mounted and two-level password-protected hard drive (ranging in size from 60GB to 160GB for a traditional HDD, or a 32GB solid state drive), 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, a PC Card slot, and 3-in-1 memory card reader. The security conscious will appreciate the inclusion of a fingerprint reader, TPM, a Smart Card slot, and BIOS password protection; and the clumsy will appreciate the spill-resistant keyboard. Purchasers can also select either the Windows Vista Business or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 operating systems. An HSDPA mobile broadband option will be offered in Q1. The LifeBook T2010 starts at $1,599.
At just 1.5 pounds, the incredibly lightweight Fujitsu LifeBook U810 is what Fujitsu hopes will be the handheld that makes business users give up their BlackBerrys. Powered by an Intel A110 processor this mini-UMPC has 1GB of RAM, a 40GB hard drive, 5.6-inch Crystal View WSVGA display, 0.3-megapixel camera for snapping photos and Web conferencing, an SD Card reader, pointing device, illuminated keyboard, and a modular bay that can be outfitted with one of several optical drives. The system also comes with a slew of security features (BIOS Lock, a fingerprint reader, and TPM) and two wireless options (Bluetooth, 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi). The U810 comes preinstalled with Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Business, or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005. The system starts at $999, but in the first quarter of 2008, a HSDPA mobile broadband option will bring the price to approximately $1,300.
The Fujitsu LifeBook T2010 is available for purchase now, and the Fujitsu LifeBook U810 will begin shipping September 18th.

The HP Compaq Presario V3000T delivers an impressive blend of style and portability. Like the dv2000 systems, this one has a whole new look, with a shiny, brushed-silver finish on the outside and a sleek, black resin finish inside. You’ll also be quick to notice the sporty grille above the keyboard, which houses the Altec Lansing speakers. Some may prefer the dv2000t because of its built-in webcam, but you won’t find a better budget dual-core notebook than the V3000T.
The V3000T is powered by Intel's 1.6-GHz Core Duo T2050 with 512MB of DDR2 memory. A MobileMark 2005 score of 208 with Wi-Fi enabled is just average for this class of notebook; a bump up to a 2-GHz chip and another 512MB of RAM will provide a significant performance boost but will set you back an additional $200. Also, multimedia enthusiasts will likely find the 60GB hard drive too small for storing lots of digital audio and video files.
Wireless throughput was decent, with the V3000T averaging 12.7 Mbps at a distance of 15 feet from our access point, and 11.7 Mbps at 50 feet. The V3000T offers plenty of connectivity options, including three USB ports, FireWire, VGA, and S-Video outputs, and an Expansion port connector. There's also a 5-in-1 memory card reader.

Other than this unique feature, the SlimStar 820 seems like an ordinary $15 keyboard with tons of multimedia hotkeys. One more thing. The keyboard is hybrid powered. In the absence of any light, the USB cable charger can take over. The solar-panel doesn't recharge the 1600dpi laser mouse which uses 4 AA batteries that are pretty harmful to the environment.
